Counselor Profile

“You don’t have to have it all together to be here.”

If you’ve found your way here, I want you to know something before you read another word: you don’t have to have all the answers, carry every burden alone, or wait until things get worse before asking for support. Simply being here is enough, and I’m glad you are.

Hello, and welcome.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington. As the founder of This Time for Me Counseling PLLC, I have the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and discover new possibilities for healing and growth.

I have experience helping clients work through addiction, relationship concerns, family conflict, grief and loss, and the many life transitions that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or uncertain. While my education and clinical training provide the foundation for my work, I also recognize that life’s experiences often shape us in profound ways. I approach every client with genuine compassion, respect, and the belief that healing begins when people feel safe enough to be themselves.

Clients often describe me as supportive, caring, easy to talk to, and down to earth. Those qualities are important to me because I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative conversation—not a place where you’re judged or expected to have all the answers. My role is to provide a space where you feel heard, challenged with compassion, and supported as we work together toward meaningful change.

Because I’m naturally solution-oriented, I use a strengths-based approach that helps clients recognize the resilience they already possess while developing practical tools to move forward with confidence and hope.

Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling life requires courage. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply know that something needs to change, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m honored you’re here, and I look forward to walking alongside you.
